Annual billing does not provide an annual lump sum of AI credits. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Provider failures will not reduce successful-generation allowances. There are no automatic overage charges. Once the allowance is used, wait for the next reset; extra-credit packs are not currently offered. Generated video and multi-brand/team access are not included.

Connection requirements
The right account type matters.
Support in the application is not a guarantee of provider approval or a working connection for every account. Check the account-specific status before relying on a feature.
Facebook
An authorized creator Page that you own or manage. Publishing requires Page-post permissions. Ordinary Facebook personal-profile publishing is not supported.
Instagram
An eligible Professional account linked through the supported Meta flow. Reading and publishing require the corresponding permissions. Consumer/personal Instagram accounts are not a supported publishing destination.
YouTube
An owned channel authorized by its owner. Uploading requires a recorded YouTube upload grant; analytics access does not automatically authorize publishing.
LinkedIn and TikTok
Direct publishing is not enabled in this release and is not included in the current paid-plan promise. Basic account linking is separate from advanced analytics and publishing permission; availability depends on provider setup and approval.
Threads and X
Basic account-linking paths are available in Personal Connections when the application and provider access are configured. These connections do not enable direct publishing, private-message access or full audience analytics. X access can have separate provider requirements.
Personal IQ does not promise full-internet monitoring, access to private profiles or messages, guaranteed reach, follower growth, revenue, or provider approvals.

Owner-authorized sources
Personal IQ uses identity, post, media, engagement and feedback information returned by the sources you authorize. Saved public links are not proof of account ownership.
Review AI output
Relevant briefs, profile details and permitted source content may be sent to AI providers. Generated text, images and feedback labels can be inaccurate. Review them before use.
Unlisted is not private
Studio uploads and generated assets can use public, unlisted media URLs after your confirmation. Anyone with the URL may access them. Do not upload confidential material.
Read the Personal IQ data and billing disclosure, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Disconnecting a provider is separate from deleting posts already published on that provider.

Can I subscribe today?
Yes. Paid enrollment is available at CA$39/month or CA$390/year, before applicable taxes. You can also use the no-card preview first, and it will not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Start the seven-day evaluation in Personal IQ Billing after a supported content channel verifies; it includes ten caption actions, two images and one in-app review in total.
Who is Personal IQ for?
One person building a personal brand: a creator, consultant, independent professional or community voice. Business review operations and real-estate territory intelligence belong to the separate Business IQ and Realtor IQ products.
What does one AI caption action include?
One successful request for an editable caption draft and the platform variants the generator returns for that request. A new generation request is another action. Manually editing or saving a draft is not another AI generation. Failed provider requests do not count toward the successful-generation allowance.
Is the reputation score an objective rating of me?
No. It summarizes a limited sample of observed audience feedback and response health. Coverage and sources are shown. A small sample can be unrepresentative, AI labels can be wrong, and the score does not measure your worth, expertise, credibility or the opinion of everyone online.
Will Personal IQ post without my permission?
The content workflow requires your approval of the draft and destinations before publishing or scheduling. A connection alone is not an instruction to publish. A scheduled post is an action you approved in advance; provider availability and account permissions can still prevent delivery.
Does annual billing mean unlimited AI?
No. Both billing options have the same monthly limits: 60 caption-generation actions and 10 standard-resolution images. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Generated video, unlimited AI, extra brands and team seats are not included.
How will cancellation work?
Paid subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Cancelling future renewals retains access through the paid period, subject to the Terms. Annual billing is CA$390 upfront, not CA$32.50 collected each month. Refund requests and statutory rights are covered by the Terms and support.
Does buying Personal IQ include Business IQ or Realtor IQ?
No. The approved Personal IQ offer is a separate product. Its paid access is stored separately, so purchasing or cancelling it does not silently change another product's subscription.
