Personal IQ data and billing disclosure

This product-specific notice supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. It explains Personal IQ without changing mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

Current availability

Personal IQ is available as a seven-day no-card preview and as a paid subscription at CA$39/month or CA$390/year, before applicable taxes. No card is required for the preview and it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Start the seven-day preview in Personal IQ Billing after a supported Facebook Page, Instagram Professional account or owned YouTube channel verifies. The preview includes ten successful caption actions, two standard images and one in-app review in total. Reconnecting does not restart the evaluation. Saved work remains readable after it ends; new generation and newly scheduled publishing require active access.

What the paid offer includes

One person, one brand and up to three eligible authorized channels; 60 successful AI caption-generation actions and 10 standard-resolution AI image generations per month; one in-app evidence-based reputation review per UTC calendar week; saved drafts, media, calendar and permission-dependent approval-based publishing or scheduling. Annual subscribers receive monthly allowances, not a yearly pool. Allowances do not roll over. Generated video, multiple brands, team seats, unlimited generation and full-internet monitoring are not included.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

All prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. The selected monthly option charges CA$39 per month, or the annual option charges CA$390 upfront per year. CA$32.50 is the monthly equivalent of the annual charge, not an installment option. The annual price saves CA$78 compared with twelve monthly payments.

Paid subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Customers can cancel future renewals in the Stripe billing portal, with access retained through the paid period subject to the Terms. Provider failures will not reduce the stated successful-generation allowance. No automatic overage charges or automatic conversion from the free preview are authorized by signing up. The checkout must show the total, any applicable taxes and recurring terms before payment. Refund requests remain subject to the Terms and applicable rights; contact support about a billing error. Personal IQ paid access must remain independent of Business IQ and Realtor IQ access.

Channel authorization and account types

The supported publishing paths are owner-authorized Facebook creator Pages, eligible Instagram Professional accounts and owned YouTube channels. Each feature depends on approved app configuration and account-specific read or publishing permissions. Ordinary Facebook personal-profile publishing is not supported. LinkedIn and TikTok direct publishing are not enabled in this release. Basic account linking for LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads and X is separate from advanced analytics and publishing, and depends on provider configuration and approvals. Threads and X linking does not add posting or private-message permission. Registering a public profile link or generating a caption variant does not grant provider access.

Personal information and audience feedback

Depending on the permissions and information a provider returns, Personal IQ processes your selected identity and profile details, account/channel identifiers, post text and media, engagement statistics, available audience comments and observable reply information. It also stores drafts, uploaded or generated asset references, approval and publishing-job state, evidence-based weekly reviews, preview dates and successful-generation usage records, and any outcomes or monitoring preferences you enter. Authorization grants are used to access the connected account for the selected functions. Do not connect an account you are not authorized to manage.

AI processing and limitations

Relevant briefs, profile details, permitted content samples and audience feedback may be sent to the configured AI provider for drafting, image creation or feedback classification. Labels and generated content can be incorrect. Source references and coverage describe a limited sample, not exhaustive public opinion, a verified claim of expertise or a measure of personal worth. A score can be based on very few qualifying comments; review its evidence before relying on it. We do not guarantee engagement, reach, income or reputational outcomes.

Media visibility and publishing

Studio uploads and generated assets may be stored at public, unlisted URLs after your confirmation. Anyone who obtains the URL may view the asset, and a published post may make it more widely available. Unlisted storage is not private storage. Do not upload confidential information or material you lack rights to use. Publishing or scheduling requires your approval of the draft and destinations; scheduling authorizes the later action you selected.

Disconnecting, retention and deletion

Use the connection controls to disconnect a provider and its account-security controls to revoke access. Disconnecting clears the cached presence, feedback assessment and derived weekly review for the supported content sources. It does not delete posts already published with that provider. Billing and usage records are maintained separately from provider authorization. Stored product records, drafts, media and delivery history are subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact support. Deleting an account is separate from cancelling a paid renewal; check billing status when requesting deletion.
